Job Summary
Full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, and energy-related roles; partners with Hiring Managers to define staffing needs and recruitment strategies; manages sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination; builds talent pipelines and delivers a positive candidate experience; analyzes recruiting metrics and collaborates with HR/onboarding to ensure smooth new-hire transitions; represents Holtec at career fairs and industry events; emphasizes data-driven decisions, sourcing breadth, and continuous optimization of recruitment processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, or energy‐related roles preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Excel, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication and relationship‐building skills, with the ability to influence Hiring Managers
- Excellent organizational and time‐management skills
- Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting recruiting metrics
