Job Summary

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, educate leaders on recruitment processes, and develop effective strategies for full-cycle recruiting. Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination while building pipelines using sourcing tools, job boards, networking events, and AI-enabled technologies. Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and leverage applicant tracking systems to enhance efficiency and hiring outcomes. Ensure compliance with hiring policies, maintain consistent recruiting standards, support employer branding, and track metrics to drive continuous improvement. Coordinate onboarding execution including orientation, schedules, documentation, and HRIS data entry to deliver a seamless employee experience. Provide administrative support for record maintenance and collaborate across locations to ensure consistent practices. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and two days remote.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or an equivalent amount of experience)
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions and organizational levels
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition practices, recruitment processes, and candidate engagement strategies
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruiting technologies
  • Excellent communication, customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively balance recruitment and onboarding activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and responsive support
  • Experience supporting a sales organization
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook calendar and Excel
  • Ability to navigate through various HR systems
  • This can be a hybrid role with three (3) days in the office and two (2) days remote

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus
