Job Summary
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from creating job descriptions through to offer, partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and drive talent initiatives. Develop strategic sourcing plans, actively source and screen candidates, and present expert summaries to hiring managers. Manage candidate engagement throughout the search while assisting in crafting job postings and determining offer details using market data. Build partnerships with schools and associations for brand awareness and stay current on external talent trends. This role supports the national network of pharmacies and clinics serving thousands of patients across Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/college diploma/certificate in Human Resource Management
- previous work experience in a Recruitment focused role
- A minimum of 1 year experience with high volume recruitment
- using a variety of sourcing techniques
