Job Summary

Lead full-cycle recruiting for entry-level through senior management across multiple states within the automotive services sector, partnering with Operations to attract, engage, and hire top talent. Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, district and regional leaders, and cross-functional teams; proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Maintain accurate, compliant candidate records in the ATS, manage multiple priorities, and ensure high-quality hiring outcomes in a remote, high-volume environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Automotive industry experience preferred; production/manufacturing experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and ATS platforms
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with HR, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Customer-service approach with strong communication, professionalism, and accountability
  • Ability to stay focused, adaptable, and results-driven in a high-volume setting
