Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruiting across functions, driving searches from kickoff to close and building pipelines for roles spanning engineering, product, operations, sales, and corporate functions. Source proactively through LinkedIn and networks, partner with hiring managers to calibrate on candidates, and move quickly without sacrificing quality. Own the candidate experience from first touch to offer and maintain clean data in Greenhouse. Contribute to employer branding and how Authentic shows up to candidates. Based in New York and in-office; base salary range is $105,000–$120,000 annually plus an annual performance-based bonus; comprehensive benefits including equity, 401(k) match, unlimited PTO, parental leave, and health coverage.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Comfortable hiring across the board — technical and non-technical roles
- Strong sourcer who doesn’t wait for applicants
- Sharp communicator with high emotional intelligence
- Organized and process-oriented
- Experienced with Greenhouse
- Based in New York and excited to be in-office with the team
