Job Summary

Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple talent segments by partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to anticipate needs and build strong pipelines. Lead full life cycle hiring from initial engagement through offer, ensuring a clear, respectful, and timely process for every candidate. Leverage AI-enabled tools, data, and market intelligence to advise stakeholders, shape hiring strategies, and influence decisions. Design and run targeted campaigns for hard-to-fill roles, experimenting with new channels to stay ahead in a competitive market. Maintain rigorous compliance while moving at pace in a fast-paced, agile environment. Act as a trusted talent advisor, challenging thinking where needed and aligning hiring with future skills needs. Work three days a week on-site in Mississauga, with flexibility to balance personal commitments.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in delivering full life cycle recruitment services in an in-house environment or similar
  • Experience of planning and leading complex recruitment campaigns for hard to fill skills sets using a range of methods and tools attraction channels
  • Proven experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting tools (e.g., ATS/CRM insights, sourcing assistants, screening automations, content generation) to improve funnel health, reduce cycle time, and enhance candidate experience
  • Providing strategic, consultative talent advice using market/skills intelligence and recruiting analytics to shape hiring plans and decisions
  • Experience operating as a strategic, consultative talent advisor to the business, and influencing stakeholder decisions through data-driven insights, market and skills intelligence, and structured hiring practices
  • Proficient at leveraging recruiting analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, ATS/CRM dashboards)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing agile environment
  • Customer focused, results orientated approach
  • Persuading and influencing skills, with a strong ability to manage expectations
  • Working three days a week on-site in our purpose-built Toronto-area offices

Desired Qualifications

  • Postgraduate qualification in a HR related specialization
  • Recruiting experience in the United States within the pharmaceutical industry
