Job Summary

Hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for owning the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of roles in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategy, and timelines; deliver roles at pace while maintaining quality and a positive candidate experience; manage high-volume hiring across regions, build strong pipelines, and advise on recruitment best practices. This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract, remote within the UK or Ireland, with occasional travel and a requirement to be based in the UK.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an in-house, agency or embedded recruitment role.
  • Track record delivering on multiple roles concurrently across operations, services, customer delivery, or similar business areas.
  • Strong hands-on sourcing and direct hiring capability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience recruiting across different disciplines, regions or levels of seniority.
  • Experience hiring for customer-facing or implementation-focused roles is highly beneficial.
  • A delivery mindset with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience.
  • Bonus points: Experience from a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience recruiting globally and supporting hiring across multiple regions is also considered a strong advantage.
  • Based in the UK; visa sponsorship not available.
