Job Summary
Partner with business leaders across Corporate Services and the Global Client Group to develop hiring strategies that balance business priorities, talent availability, and speed to hire. Manage full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of professional and corporate roles while leveraging AI-powered recruiting tools to uncover talent opportunities and inform decision-making. Consult with hiring managers on market availability and candidate assessment, respectfully challenging assumptions to improve hiring outcomes and business decisions. Build proactive talent communities that support both immediate and future hiring needs while identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes and drive adoption of innovative talent acquisition practices.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate Talent Acquisition
- Demonstrated success serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and influencing hiring decisions
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand new business priorities
- Experience leveraging recruiting technology, talent intelligence, and analytics to improve hiring outcomes
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with a high degree of accountability
- 6-month contract position
- Full-time hours
Desired Qualifications
- Financial Services experience preferred
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-enabled recruiting tools and modern talent acquisition practices
- Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Phenom, or comparable recruiting technologies is preferred
