Job Summary
Support Talent Acquisition leaders on key projects that advance recruiting operations, compliance, and process consistency across the business. Partner with internal teams to coordinate next steps, synthesize reporting inputs, and maintain project plans, action logs, and status updates. Contribute to the development of governance materials and documentation to ensure a compliant recruiting experience, including green card-related processes and policy updates. Operate with a project management attitude by tracking ownership, deadlines, and dependencies while collaborating with HR, Legal, Technology, and Finance partners. Required Qualifications
- Recent college graduate or early-career professional with 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, project coordination, business operations, communications, or a related field
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to learn the business and understand the “why” behind the work
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a willingness to jump in where support is needed
- Clear communicator who can summarize information, draft updates, and collaborate with leaders and team members
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and AI-enabled tools to organize work, summarize information, draft materials, and improve day-to-day productivity
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Internship, coursework, or early experience related to HR, recruiting, employee experience, project coordination, or business operations
- Interest in project management, process improvement, recruiting operations, or people strategy
