Job Summary

Coordinate recruitment, candidate screening, and onboarding for employees, interns, students, and volunteers. Initiate and monitor pre-employment screenings, including background checks, drug tests, and credential verifications. Manage internship and volunteer placements while tracking license and certification expiration dates. Prepare onboarding documentation, facilitate orientation, and maintain accurate records in applicant tracking and HR systems. Escalate adverse findings, credentialing concerns, or hiring exceptions to the Human Resources Director.
