Talent Acquisition Onboarding Associate

Coordinate new hire onboarding by sending welcome emails, setting up accounts, and scheduling orientation sessions for incoming talent. Manage the end-to-end onboarding workflow, including tracking completion status and addressing candidate inquiries. Submit weekly onboarding reports to leadership and maintain accurate records in the HRIS system. This role supports the Talent Acquisition team in streamlining the integration process for new associates.
