Job Summary
Source candidates from multiple channels and manage the pipeline to ensure a continuous stream of applicants. Shortlist and select the best talent from the pool, then interview candidates for culture-fit selection processes. Keep track of progress and prepare reports for hiring managers while participating in various HR projects. Identify great talents for potential needs in the company, working with a large number of daily applications and interviews. This role requires at least three years of end-to-end recruitment experience for tech roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience handling end to end recruitment process for tech roles (engineering, data, product, etc)
- Proven ability to manage complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent interviewing skills to identify candidates' talents, motivation, and cultural fit
- Able to work with a large number of job applications and interviews on a daily basis
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes
- Proactive, ambitious, and persistent
Desired Qualifications
- Recruiting knowledge on e-commerce, marketplace, software-house, another financial technology company is a plus
