Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end early careers recruiting lifecycle, from outreach to offer acceptance for internships, summer placements, and early-career roles across Europe. Source, screen, and build pipelines of suitable candidates while partnering with hiring managers to meet talent needs and timelines. Promote the employer brand through university partnerships, social media, and virtual events, then coordinate career fairs and info sessions. Process contracts, invoices, and employee referrals, and track recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes. Based in the Southampton office with a hybrid schedule, this role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in in-house talent acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years' experience in an in-house talent acquisition or agency role, sourcing and recruiting candidates
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools preferred
- Ability to engage and influence students and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable communicating at all levels
- Curiosity and learning agility in AI including; using available tools for optimization opportunities, embracing AI driven change and being a culture carrier for others
