Job Summary
Lead and evolve the company’s recruiting function across engineering and corporate roles, designing scalable processes, establishing workflows and metrics, and driving end-to-end recruitment. Own and scale the internship program, strengthen university partnerships, and improve intern recruiting, onboarding, and engagement. Build strong candidate pipelines, ensure a high-quality candidate experience, and mentor interviewers to raise consistency and quality. Develop employer branding and candidate experience messaging to attract top talent, collaborate with leadership on hiring plans, forecast needs, and track performance using data. This role requires 7+ years of talent acquisition experience with at least 1–2 years in a leadership capacity, and experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles. Office locations include Portsmouth, NH and Portland, ME with hybrid work options. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- 1–2 years in a leadership role
- Experience recruiting for both engineering and corporate functions
- Experience building or significantly improving recruiting processes and programs
- Strong sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and hiring best practices
- Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics to guide decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A/E/C industry experience preferred
