Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment teams across the company, overseeing daily recruiting operations, improving hiring processes, supporting recruiters, and making sure open positions are filled on time with qualified candidates. Must have experience managing recruiters or recruitment teams, working with international teams, and strong English communication. Experience with ATS platforms, especially Pinpoint, is a strong plus. Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
- Experience managing recruiters or recruitment teams
- Experience working with international teams is required
- Experience with ATS systems
- Experience with Pinpoint ATS is a strong plus
- Strong leadership, people management, and team coordination skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and open roles at the same time
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
