Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for leading recruitment initiatives across clinical, operational, and support functions within a healthcare organization. Develop and execute recruitment strategies, forecast staffing needs with operational leaders, and lead high-volume recruitment for growth and new site openings. Manage employer branding and multi-channel campaigns, build authentic content on culture and career pathways, and leverage data analytics to optimize sourcing and candidate experience. Lead, coach, and develop a recruitment team; establish service standards and accountability; drive community partnerships with colleges, universities, and workforce organizations; oversee ATS usage, reporting dashboards, and recruitment technology; align strategies with workforce planning and retention priorities; represent the organization at career fairs and community events, and continually improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or other regulated environments is considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics
- Proven ability to build partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, and workforce networks
- Ability to converse in Chinese is required
