Job Summary
Partner with Operations leaders to identify staffing needs, execute hiring plans, and proactively source qualified candidates. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from initial contact through onboarding, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, and handling pre-employment requirements like background checks. Maintain accurate pipeline data in iCIMS, build relationships with external agencies, and plan career fairs and college recruiting events. Ensure efficient hiring decisions while meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs. This hybrid role requires living in Nassau, Brooklyn, or Queens with travel to Long Island, New York, and New Jersey. Candidates must be at least 21, hold a valid driver's license, and have 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the restaurant industry.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Employment eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly to supported locations, meetings, career events, and other business activities, including occasional out-of-state travel
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends when business or recruiting needs require it
- 1-3 years experience in recruiting
- Experience with iCIMS
- Knowledge of employment laws related to interviewing and hiring
- Experience with recruiting technology and business applications such as iCIMS and Microsoft Office
