Job Summary

Develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning. Lead the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes while establishing key metrics to inform strategy and measure team performance. Manage workload distribution, coach team members, and drive process improvements to reduce time-to-fill and enhance candidate experience. Establish credibility across the organization through responsiveness, collaboration, and effective problem-solving. Develop creative sourcing strategies, maintain vendor relationships, and lead employer branding initiatives. Provide training to leaders on recruitment best practices and compliance requirements. This onsite role requires dependable attendance and may involve flexibility for disaster response or community events.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Human Resource Management or a closely related field
  • 5-7 years of recruitment experience
  • 3-5 years of experience with in-house recruiting for all levels of the organization (entry level to executive level)
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates
  • 2-3 years of people management experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Insurance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Ability to work with a diverse population
  • Ability to work effectively with situations that require tact and diplomacy
  • Strong customer service skills and willingness to assist others, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with direct report(s), co-workers, and staff of other departments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to complete projects and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior-level leadership
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously on a variable schedule based on project demand
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels within the company in English
  • Skills in preparing presentations
  • Reliable, consistent, on-site attendance
  • Dependable attendance in order to meet the needs of the business, including attending and participating in meetings and presentations
  • Must be able to lift 10 pounds
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds
  • Travel up to 5% of the time
  • Flexibility for times of disaster, community events, or company events
  • Must be legally able to work in the United States

Desired Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification
