Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d) - Sales & Service Recruitment

Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for end-to-end recruitment in Go-to-Market areas (Sales, Marketing, Service) across multiple German locations with emphasis on efficient, high-quality hires. Manages the full recruitment process from job posting to offer, collaborates with Recruiting, Hiring Managers, People Partners and HR Operations both onsite and via MS Teams, drives proactive interview planning, scheduling, and candidate experience, analyzes recruiting metrics (Time-to-Hire, conversion rates) and implements process improvements. Supports active sourcing, develops creative search strategies, and engages talent across channels. Requires experience in end-to-end recruiting for sales/marketing roles, data-driven mindset for recruiting analytics, strong communication with applicants and internal stakeholders, and a hands-on, proactive approach to meeting monthly hiring targets.
