The role emphasizes collaboration with Recruiting, Hiring Managers, People Partners, and HR Operations, with hybrid work at the Düsseldorf locations and a focus on delivering quality hires across the GTM function.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as Talent Acquisition Manager or end-to-end recruiting
- Experience in recruiting for Go-to-Market roles (Sales, Marketing, Service)
- Strong interviewing and stakeholder-management skills
- Data-driven approach to recruiting metrics (Time-to-Hire, conversion rates)
- Ability to work with Hiring Managers, People Partners, and HR Operations
- Structured, reliable, proactive work style
- German language proficiency and comfort with cross-location collaboration
