Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d)

Lead end-to-end recruiting for diverse roles, shaping sourcing strategies, designing scalable processes, and owning the recruitment function from the ground up. Collaborate with leadership to define role requirements, build a strong candidate pipeline, conduct efficient pre-screening and screening calls, negotiate offers through closure, and develop employer branding initiatives. Manage onboarding/offboarding and establish HR foundations with a data-driven, KPI-focused approach to scalable hiring and high-quality hires, while coordinating with external partners and driving fast decision-making and autonomy.
