Job Summary
Lead European talent acquisition for bankers at Associate and Analyst levels across Lincoln International’s European offices, including driving three key TA projects in Europe (AI-enabled selection tools, pan-European campus hiring for interns, and process integration/standardization). Manage recruitment of M&A, Valuations, and Capital Advisory bankers, foster Lincoln’s employer brand in Europe, provide Greenhouse expertise, report to the Global Talent Acquisition team, and build innovative sourcing strategies while collaborating with local and global teams. Act as a brand ambassador, oversee headhunter relationships, negotiate vendor contracts, and support building equitable hiring plans across the region. Based in London with cross-border collaboration across Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or related degree
- Working knowledge of European employment regulations & GDPR requirements
- Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system
- 4+ years of recruiting experience (including early careers), ideally in professional services or client services
- Excellent storytelling to convey LI’s proposition
- Project management skills to drive the three project focus areas
- Strong negotiating, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Full-cycle recruiting and process improvement experience
- Executive business acumen and communication skills
- Languages: English plus one or more European languages preferred
