Job Summary
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans. Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles and manage full-cycle recruitment across professional, technical, and leadership positions. Lead sourcing through job boards, social media, and direct outreach while driving structured interview processes and ensuring timely hiring delivery against SLAs and KPIs. Strengthen employer branding, monitor recruitment metrics, and coach recruiters to foster a high-performance culture. Manage vendor relationships and identify automation opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency. This role supports Hunter Douglas's goal of becoming the fastest-growing window covering company globally, offering a competitive salary range of $97k-$115k plus a 10-20% bonus target.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 6–10 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience leading TA teams
- Experience with ATS/HCM platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP
