Talent Acquisition Manager - Healthcare Recruitment

Oversee a team of Recruiters and HR Coordinators to create and implement long and short-term strategies for acquisition of hospital/clinic staff, leaders, and physicians. Work closely with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to talent planning, recruitment, and selection. Ensure the organization has the appropriate technology, resources, and social media presence to effectively recruit and retain great people. Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws, policies, accreditation agency standards, and collective bargaining agreements. This role is part of the Human Resources leadership team at Overlake Medical Center, a 349-bed nonprofit regional medical center.
