Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager - GTM will play a key role in scaling ROLLER’s Sales team globally, collaborating closely with Sales leadership to shape hiring strategy and bring top-performing sales talent to the organization. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles, developing clear hiring plans based on business objectives, advising hiring managers on role design and interview processes, and leveraging data and market insights to inform hiring decisions. This role demands strong experience in recruiting for Sales within SaaS environments, coupled with excellent stakeholder consulting skills and proficiency in ATS platforms. The candidate is expected to build high-quality talent pipelines and enhance the candidate experience while maintaining recruitment data accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for Sales or GTM roles
- Consulting and influencing stakeholders
- Strong market intelligence
- Proficient with ATS platforms (Greenhouse experience highly regarded)
- Highly proactive in sourcing and engaging passive candidates
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology company
- Deep understanding of sales structures (SDRs, AEs, Sales Leadership)
- Well-developed B2B SaaS network in the US and UK
- High appetite for Technology and AI
