Lead Endra's talent acquisition function end-to-end across Sweden, the UK, and the US, owning the full candidate journey from initial touch to signed offer and partnering with management on role scoping and hiring prioritization as the team scales from 30 to 60+ employees. Drive sourcing and pipeline across Engineering, GTM, and Operations with a smart-first approach, track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance, early retention), ensure legally compliant and scalable hiring processes across markets, and optimize processes with an operator mindset to close top talent.
