Job Summary
Utilize various sourcing techniques and platforms, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract potential candidates. Review resumes and applications to evaluate qualifications and suitability, while building and maintaining a database of qualified candidates to ensure a continuous talent pipeline. Initiate contact with candidates regarding job opportunities and company culture, and work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with staffing needs. Contribute to employer brand promotion to attract passive candidates and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system. Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Discipline or equivalent diploma
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment
- Knowledge in all sourcing channels
- Experience in Multi-lingual sourcing
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professionalism and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
