Lead Talent Acquisition across IMEA across India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Middle East and Africa; own end-to-end recruitment delivery aligned with business growth; build proactive talent pipelines for operations and site leadership; drive governance, standardisation of recruitment processes, and data-driven insights; partner with senior stakeholders and HR/People Partners; drive regional TA initiatives and deployment of global TA strategies; willing to travel to warehouses/operational sites within IMEA.
Required Qualifications

- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment
- Data-driven mindset with strong focus on metrics, insights, and reporting
- Experience in workforce planning, proactive pipelining, and high-volume hiring
- Willingness to travel frequently to warehouses and operational sites across IMEA
