Lead regional talent acquisition strategy across multiple service brands for the Atlantic North portfolio, partnering with executive and operations leaders to forecast and execute hiring plans. Drive high-volume technician hiring alongside leadership and exempt searches while building, coaching, and supporting recruiting teams across the region. Strengthen employer branding and pipeline development by leveraging data and recruiting metrics to drive results, supported by regular travel throughout New York, New England, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience
- Multi-site or regional recruiting experience
- Ability to influence senior leaders in fast-paced growth environments
- Willingness to travel regularly

- Skilled trades or field-based hiring experience strongly preferred
