Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Manager (6 months contract) for Hong Kong businesses to drive recruitment, partnering with lines of business and functional areas to provide strategic recruiting services, build a talent pipeline, and ensure fair staffing processes. Responsibilities include assessing candidates via behavioral-based interviewing, staying current on recruitment trends, proactive sourcing of talent for critical skill areas, driving the candidate selection process, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and providing salary recommendations based on market data. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal/external clients and a consultative approach to deliver high-quality hires in a hybrid working arrangement in Hong Kong.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably 5-8 years of recruiting experience in both an agency or inhouse environment
- Insurance industry experience preferred
- Experience using alternative sourcing methods, with a focus on social media and networking tools
- Demonstrated success in taking a consultative approach with internal and external clients while providing business solutions
- Organized and detail oriented with a pro-active approach
- Demonstrated ability to navigate an environment with multiple and shifting priorities with ease
- Customer centric attitude coupled with a sense of urgency
- Exceptional communication skills- crisp and articulate verbal skills in addition to effective written communication required
- Provide salary recommendations to hiring managers based on internal and external market data and candidate salary expectations
- Recommend sourcing strategies and identify proper channels and messages to find targeted sources of high-quality candidates
