Lead Talent Acquisition for Executive and Leadership hiring; define and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy for senior leadership positions across Paytm; act as a strategic partner to the executive team to ensure attraction, assessment, and onboarding of top-tier leadership talent aligned with growth objectives; drive end-to-end executive search, maintain confidentiality and discretion, and leverage networks for referrals; create and present KPI reports and dashboards; manage a high-performing TA unit focused on executive search, maintaining SLAs like cost per hire and offer-to-join ratios; encourage senior leaders to be brand ambassadors and optimize operational processes for a scalable recruitment experience.
