Job Summary
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth, while monitoring recruitment performance through KPIs and cost optimization. Oversee workforce planning, headcount allocation, and organizational structures to support operational efficiency. Lead regional and global HR initiatives in Vietnam, driving process improvement and digitalization projects. Design and manage annual training plans, succession planning, leadership development, and employee mobility processes. Strengthen the employer brand through recruitment marketing and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders and external channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 6 years of progressive HR experience, with solid exposure to Talent Acquisition, Training, or Development
- Professional proficiency in English
