Job Summary
Lead Talent Acquisition and Executive Search for supports, Sales & Top Management at Devoteam France, managing a dedicated Talent Acquisition team and personally handling senior-level searches. Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from briefing with entity Directors to onboarding, leveraging direct sourcing techniques, and ensuring leadership, strategic vision, and cultural alignment. Partner with COPIL recrutement, advise business leaders on recruitment needs, build qualified candidate pipelines, and evolve recruitment processes. Promotes a dynamic, English-proficient, IT/ESN-focused environment and participates in multiple interview stages (Tech, Business, Leadership) with a blended in-person and hybrid recruitment approach.
Required Qualifications
- Bac+5 or higher in Human Resources, Management, or related field
- 7+ years of recruitment experience with significant sales and General Management recruitment
- mixed experience in agency and in-house recruitment
- expertise in direct sourcing techniques and recruiting in complex ecosystems
- strong communication, conviction with diplomacy and firmness
- professional English level
- ability to manage and lead a Talent Acquisition team
- experience with end-to-end recruitment processes and structured interviews
- ability to evaluate leadership, business fit, and cultural alignment
