Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Lead responsible for owning end-to-end recruiting across the group, partnering with the CEO and senior leaders to define role scorecards and hiring bars, building the recruiting function from the ground up, and personally closing senior hires. The role targets roles across financial controls, investor relations, project management, marketing leadership, hospitality operations, and country leads for new markets, with responsibilities spanning sourcing, screening, structured interviews, offer negotiation, ATS management, and employer branding in Cyprus, Greece, the UK, and expansion markets. The candidate will design structured assessments (technical tests, case studies, critical thinking exercises), build a senior-talent pipeline, develop relationships with executive search firms, and scale the function by adding coordinators and sourcers as volume grows. Requirements include 5+ years in-house recruiting, success closing senior hires at Director level and above, ability to operate with minimal process and build it as you go, strong commercial instincts, and fluency in English (Greek a plus); based in Limassol or willing to relocate with an on-site obligation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience
- Demonstrated track record of closing senior hires (Director level and above) in finance, real estate, or hospitality
- Comfortable operating with limited process and building it as you go
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to define role scorecards and hiring bars
- Excellent written and spoken English; Greek is a strong plus
- Based in Limassol or willing to relocate; on-site role
