Talent Acquisition Lead

Lead and mentor the TA team through coaching, support, and best-practice guidance while managing the full recruitment lifecycle for hard-to-fill and critical roles with a focus on quality and efficiency. Initiate employer branding initiatives across social media, career sites, and recruitment campaigns, and partner with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and build proactive strategies. Use data and analytics to evaluate recruitment performance, drive continuous improvement, and leverage external tools to ensure positive ROI across sourcing channels. Maintain strong relationships with senior leadership to provide insights and influence hiring decisions, while supporting TA leadership in refining processes and organizing career fairs when needed.
