Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Lead for Operations in OH (hybrid role at New Albany facility). Lead strategic recruiting initiatives, coach a small TA team, and manage full-cycle recruitment for pharmacist roles at our Columbus/Columbus-area site. Partner with Pharmacy and Fulfillment Center leadership to align hiring with operational goals, build proactive pipelines, and deliver data-driven insights. Own TA reporting, forecast hiring plans, and drive local talent attraction strategies (community partnerships, college relations, and events). Leverage AI tools to maximize capacity and streamline recruiting, and optimize workflows to ensure a candidate- and customer-obsessed experience.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
- 2+ years in a formal leadership or supervisory role
- experience in Pharmacy/Healthcare/High-Volume Fulfillment/Manufacturing/Logistics preferred
- ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity at New Albany facility
- proficiency with ATS (e.g., Ashby, Workday, Greenhouse)
