Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Lead responsible for end-to-end recruiting operations during a high-growth phase. Collaborate with hiring managers across Sales, Product, and Operations to hit headcount targets, improve candidate experience, and implement scalable people frameworks. Lead workforce planning, sourcing strategy, interview design, offer execution, and onboarding. Define hiring criteria, standardize interview processes, and coach managers on fair, effective interviews. Design scalable onboarding and performance-support processes to enable rapid ramp-up. Drive day-to-day recruiting operations (scheduling, interview coordination, candidate communication), build role profiles and scorecards, run outbound sourcing campaigns, track progress against headcount targets, maintain a high-touch candidate experience, and contribute to foundational people processes (job levels, interview templates, hiring hygiene). 6+ years of relevant experience, strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, excellent communication, familiarity with ATS tools, and a passion for scalable systems. Preference for experience supporting both GTM and technical teams; in-person collaboration in NYC or DC. Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in People Operations, Talent Coordination, or Recruiting
  • Experience leading end-to-end recruiting processes (workforce planning, sourcing strategy, interview design, offer and onboarding)
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse or similar)
  • Ability to build role profiles, scorecards, and interview plans with cross-functional teams (GTM, Ops, Product)
  • Comfort working in-person with cross-functional teams (NYC or DC preferred)
  • Strong communication and candidate-care skills
  • Ability to coach hiring managers on interviewing processes and decision-making
