Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Lead role combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution: own end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, build and scale the TA function, forecast hiring needs with leadership, design scalable capacity models, and refine recruiting processes using data, market insights, and technology. Lead a high-performing recruiting team, mentor and develop staff, shape employer branding to attract a diverse talent pool, and drive modernization of the recruiting tech stack (including the ATS) with an experimental mindset leveraging AI and new tools. Establish and track key KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience) and partner with senior leaders to align hiring with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in talent acquisition, with deep full-cycle recruiting experience
- data-driven recruiting strategy experience in a fast-paced environment
- strong business sense and strategic partnership to senior leaders
- systems thinker with curiosity about new technology and recruiting improvements
- experience building and running a TA function in scalable, high-growth environments (preferred)
- experience managing recruiting budgets and vendor relationships (preferred)
- hands-on experience with technical and GTM recruiting (preferred)
