Job Summary
Lead a team of recruiters to meet recruitment goals by developing sourcing strategies, screening resumes, interviewing and managing candidates through the selection process. Build partnerships in the community to attract talent and position Everise as an employer of choice. Oversee center recruitment processes, coordinate with site leadership, and drive high-volume staffing in a fast-paced environment. Requires leadership ability, strong communication skills, organizational and interpersonal strengths, and the capacity to multitask while solving problems and maintaining timely candidate responses. The role supports Everise’s global customer experience mission across healthcare, travel, technology, and financial services with a focus on scalable recruitment operations and candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Three to Five years high volume recruitment experience preferably in a call center environment
- College degree preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Schedule flexibility
- Ability to lead and manage a recruitment team
- Develop sourcing strategies and manage candidate pipelines
- Screen resumes, interview and manage candidates through selection process
