Job Summary
Lead a recruiter pod for Eneba, owning the full recruiting lifecycle, driving performance and pipeline health, coaching and developing direct reports, and aligning with Head of TA on team goals. Expect hands-on senior searches, stakeholder collaboration, and accountability for quality of candidate experience while balancing individual contributor responsibilities. Remote, senior leadership in talent acquisition managing a substantial req load and guiding a team to scale recruitment programs across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment
- at least 2 years in a team lead or pod leadership capacity
- ability to carry a full req load while supporting others
- strong recruiting craft across the full hiring lifecycle (sourcing, outreach, pipeline management, candidate experience)
- stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- coaching and quality-checking peers or junior team members
- clear communicator who sets expectations
- prioritisation skills to balance IC work with people responsibilities
- empathetic team player who leads through example
