Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruiting for remote contributors across tech brands like Pocket-lint and Android Police, handling job postings, screening, and interview scheduling. Maintain active talent pipelines, serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries, and facilitate onboarding including offer agreements and platform access. Prepare semi-monthly payments, coordinate payment methods, and manage offboarding processes while monitoring contributor retention through routine check-ins. Maintain up-to-date contributor master lists, refine operational templates, and partner with Editorial, Legal, and Accounting teams on policy updates and system implementations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work in-office from our Ville Saint-Laurent location
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR operations
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable navigating ATS tools, Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, and CMS platforms
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple brands independently
