Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Lead will be a senior individual contributor and strategic partner focused on driving recruitment for leadership roles (Manager level, Director level, and other strategic leadership positions) in a remote-first environment with optional onsite work in Durango, CO. Responsibilities include leading full lifecycle recruiting, partnering with executives to define targeted hiring strategies, designing scalable recruitment frameworks and candidate evaluation processes, building talent pipelines for specialized technical and leadership talent, and aligning recruiting with workforce planning and budgeting. The role emphasizes employer branding, candidate experience, analytics, and continuous process improvements, with remote work available to candidates in listed states and onsite options in Durango, CO. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of recruiting experience are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, Communications, or related field
- 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting Manager level roles and above
- Experience partnering with senior leadership on hiring strategy
- Strong experience sourcing specialized or hard to find talent
- Experience improving recruiting processes and candidate experience
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics
