Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Internship role supports the recruiting process through recruitment coordination, candidate assessments, and event networking. Responsibilities include coordinating recruiting activities, performing administrative tasks, conducting assessments with candidates, collecting and organizing candidate notes, and contributing to process improvements and documentation. The intern will represent the company at recruiting events, collaborate with the hiring team, handle high-volume tasks, and assist in enhancing the candidate experience while gaining exposure to talent acquisition functions. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and teamwork in an office environment. Working hours require availability between 7:00am and 7:00pm with a minimum of 20 hours per week across at least 3 days.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED
- Pursuing or completed AS/BS degree in a relevant field
