Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate scheduling, ATS maintenance, onboarding coordination, and recruitment operations. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, scheduling onsite interviews, maintaining candidate records in the ATS, posting jobs, assisting with candidate communications, creating and organizing recruiting documentation, monitoring recruiting inboxes, tracking metrics, supporting special TA projects, maintaining confidentiality, and providing administrative support to recruiting/HR teams. Expected to gain exposure to full-cycle recruiting, candidate experience best practices, interview scheduling, and ATS platforms during a summer internship.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in San Luis Obispo up to 30 hours per week
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills.
