Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, and managing the offer process for internship candidates. You'll work with hiring managers to develop candidate profiles and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The role includes supporting sourcing activities, building candidate pipelines, and participating in recruitment projects aimed at enhancing employer branding and intern onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, or related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and planning skills
