Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Intern at Komatsu is an on-site, summer internship based in Milwaukee, WI. Responsibilities include coordinating interview logistics (phone, video, and onsite), scheduling and candidate coordination, maintaining applicant records in the ATS/SuccessFactors, supporting sourcing efforts (LinkedIn and recruiting platforms), drafting outreach communications, and providing administrative support for recruiting operations and special projects. Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field with prior experience in recruiting, HR, administrative support, or customer service; proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable engaging with candidates at all levels.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Rising Juniors and Seniors (expected graduation in late 2026–2027) in good academic standing
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, administrative support, campus leadership, or other highly collaborative professional environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Professionalism and confidence interacting with candidates and employees at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
