Job Summary
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess fit. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers while maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports. Assist in posting job openings, building talent pipelines, and supporting employer branding and campus hiring activities. Communicate regularly with candidates regarding status and onboarding processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and assist with offer rollouts. Gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle within a high-growth startup environment focused on connecting Tier-2/3 India.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other recruitment platforms
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to take ownership and contribute proactively to hiring initiatives
