Job Summary
Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team across the full recruiting lifecycle. duties include auditing and cleaning up job requisitions and pipeline data in Greenhouse, ensuring candidate records are accurate and up to date, building and maintaining scorecards, job templates, and offer letter templates, generating recruiting metrics for weekly updates, updating careers landing pages and job descriptions for branding consistency, drafting social content and outreach materials, and collaborating with marketing to refine candidate-facing communications and hiring manager resources. Requires strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a willingness to learn new tools; experience with Greenhouse or ATS is a plus. Duration 10–12 weeks, 40 hours/week, based in Miami onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
