Job Summary
Support recruitment activities across Europe by sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent pools. Conduct initial resume reviews, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate applicant records in Workday while tracking key hiring metrics. Assist with employer branding initiatives, including university partnerships and social media content, to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Participate in Talent Acquisition projects focused on process improvement and recruitment effectiveness. This role provides hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle under the guidance of the TA team.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Communications, or a related field
- A formal internship agreement can be arranged with your university / school

- Previous internship, part-time work, volunteer experience, or university projects
- Experience using LinkedIn, social media platforms, or recruiting tools
