Job Summary
Support the daily work of Talent Acquisition Partners in the recruitment process by handling candidate sourcing, application screening, requisitions cleanup, scheduling, and assessment. Manage the candidate workflow using the e-recruitment system Workday and partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, Early in Career Partners, business departments, and People & Culture colleagues globally. Lead and support global initiatives enabling the organization to adapt to new technologies and ways of working, while assisting the team with reports, presentations, and process improvements. You will be available 20-25 hours per week and must have a good command of German and English.
Required Qualifications
- ongoing studies at any Hungarian University/college
